The production process of stainless steel rods mainly includes raw material processing, smelting, continuous casting, rolling and surface treatment.

4. Rolling: Send the cooled billet into the rolling mill for rolling. The rolling mill gradually stretches, flattens and gradually reduces the cross-sectional size of the billet so that it becomes a stainless steel rod of the required diameter. During the rolling process, parameters such as the temperature, rolling speed and rolling force of the rolling mill need to be controlled to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the product.
5. Surface treatment: There may be some oxides and scale on the surface of rolled stainless steel rods, which require surface treatment processes such as pickling or shot blasting to remove these impurities. At the same time, stainless steel rods can also be polished, polished and other surface treatments to improve their appearance quality.
